      Sony Alpha SLT-A58

The Sony Alpha SLT-A58 is a mid-range SLT camera with a newly-developed 20MP sensor. The A58 will replace both the A37 and A57 models, helping to simplify the company's lineup. The A58 builds on the A57's feature set and gains an SVGA (800x600 pixel) OLED viewfinder, rather than its predecessors' LCDs. It also boasts a new lock-on focus mode and Auto Object Framing mode - an extension of the auto portrait mode in the A57.

Sony Alpha A58K Kit is a wonderful camera

When choosing the camera that was looking for an inexpensive DSLR. Which are classified as Amateur and are intended mainly for beginners, which I am inclined myself to take it.

Now answer why I chose the Sony Alpha A58K Kit 18-55mm? First, this machine allows you to perform a series of shots to 8 sec., why can't competitors. This mode is in demand, with fast moving subject such as shooting sports events. Second, the "carcass" are equipped with an optical stabilizer that allows you to shoot from the "hand", even in less favourable conditions. Thirdly, when shooting video mode is available 1920-1080 (which is Full HD) at 30 frames per second. A feature Canon. Besides the above, the advantages include: swivel display, better KIT lens, translucent mirror that allows through the viewfinder to see the future "fingerprint" in real time and displayed on an electronic monitor parameters established regimes.

The disadvantages include the fact that the camera is made of plastic and the use of massive telephoto lens, is questionable. But at this stage I decided to ignore this feature because mainly envisaged for portrait and macro shots.
So, the choice is made, now briefly about the model itself, the controls, and equipment.
Sony has an optical image stabilization, has the ability to shoot in fully automatic mode or with manual settings of shutter speed, aperture and focus. Has the ability to change ISO in a wide range and depending on the conditions. The device features a 2.7 " display, swivel in two planes and electronic viewfinder.
The battery is removable, allowing you to produce up to 450 exposures at the maximum quality mode.
As for ergonomics, in my opinion, the camera is very solidly made, of soft-touch materials. All places of contact with the arm, rubberized. The grip is comfortable, the weight of the camera is hardly noticeable, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the form. The only thing that is not too much, this mount is the shoulder strap when carrying the camera tilts down the lens (the center of gravity is not taken into account) and the lens cap is not associated with the lens, which makes it is quite likely loss.
Recommend, have bought the DSLR camera to attend to his safety when wearing, and it is to paste protective film on the display and purchase photos of the bag.
